1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing ckpro.app, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. Your continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered through ckpro, including but not limited to live casino games, slots, fishing games, crash games, sports betting and all promotional or bonus offers. These Terms should be read alongside ckpro's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which form part of the agreement between you and ckpro.

2. Eligibility

To register and use ckpro, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must provide accurate, complete and current personal information during registration and update it promptly if it changes.
• You must not be registered as a self-excluded player on ckpro or have had an account closed for prohibited conduct.
• You must not be acting as an agent, affiliate or representative of any commercial enterprise or gambling operation when using ckpro.

ckpro reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time by requesting supporting documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period will entitle ckpro to suspend or close your account and withhold any outstanding balance pending investigation.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on ckpro. Opening or operating more than one account, whether under the same name or different names, is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held in those accounts.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. You must not disclose your password to any other person or permit any other person to access your account. ckpro will never ask for your password via SMS, live chat, email or any other channel.

• You must choose a strong password and change it immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
• You must notify ckpro's support team immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• You must not allow any other person, including family members, to use your account to place bets or access platform features.
• All activity on your account is deemed to have been conducted by you and you are liable for all transactions made from your account.

KYC Verification

ckpro may at any time request that you complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process by submitting a copy of a government-issued identity document and, where applicable, proof of address or source of funds. ckpro reserves the right to suspend withdrawal functionality pending successful completion of KYC verification. Providing false, misleading or fabricated documentation is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposits

ckpro accepts deposits from players in Bangladesh via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Deposits are credited to your account balance immediately or within a few minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider. The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your account.
• Deposited funds may only be used for placing wagers on the ckpro platform. Deposits cannot be transferred to other accounts.
• ckpro does not charge fees for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ckpro is not responsible.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to available balance and any applicable wagering requirements having been met. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of the request being submitted, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Eid and public holidays.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment account registered in your own name. ckpro will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply. Players who have claimed a bonus must meet all associated wagering requirements before a withdrawal can be processed.
• ckpro reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal request and to delay payment pending satisfactory completion of such checks.

In the event of any discrepancy between a player's stated withdrawal amount and the records held by ckpro, the platform's records shall be deemed definitive unless the player can provide compelling evidence to the contrary to the satisfaction of ckpro's support team.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

ckpro offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as IPL, BPL and Eid. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific conditions stated at the time the offer is made:

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on each individual bonus offer page.
• Bonuses can only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per payment account unless otherwise explicitly stated in the offer terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until all associated wagering requirements have been met in full.
• ckpro reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice where there is evidence of misuse, bonus abuse, or where the offer was published in error.
• Winnings derived from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant offer before they may be withdrawn as cash.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games available on ckpro are provided by certified third-party game studios. ckpro does not operate its own RNG systems or live dealer studios. The rules of each individual game are governed by the relevant game provider and are displayed within the game interface. In the event of a technical error or discrepancy in a game result, ckpro will refer to the game provider's server logs as the definitive record.

Sports Betting

For sports betting markets including cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, international matches), odds are updated in real time and are subject to change without notice up to the point at which a market is suspended or settled. ckpro reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrect odds, or on a market that was opened or settled incorrectly. Settled bets will not be reversed except where ckpro determines that an error has materially affected the outcome.

Platform Availability

ckpro aims to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) peak hours. However, the platform may occasionally be unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance, which ckpro will endeavour to carry out during low-traffic hours and to announce in advance via the platform.
• Unplanned technical issues affecting the ckpro platform or its third-party game providers or payment processors.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government-ordered outages, or telecommunications infrastructure failures.

7. Responsible Gaming

ckpro is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players in Bangladesh. The following tools are available to every registered player through their account settings at no charge:

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on the amount you can deposit into your ckpro account.
• Session time reminders — set alerts to remind you of the time you have spent on the platform in a single session.
• Time-out periods — temporarily suspend your account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion — permanently close your account and prevent re-registration for a minimum period of 6 months.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ckpro and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on ckpro, whether in your own name or using false or third-party identity information.
• Using software tools, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence systems or any automated means to place bets, manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform vulnerabilities.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the platform to transfer or conceal proceeds of crime.
• Attempting to exploit any technical error, software malfunction, or odds calculation error on the platform in order to obtain an unfair financial advantage.
• Colluding with other players to fix outcomes, share information about live game states for unfair advantage, or coordinate betting patterns to manipulate payouts.
• Providing false, forged or misleading identity, age verification or payment documentation to ckpro at any point during registration, KYC or withdrawal processing.

ckpro reserves the right to conduct investigations into suspected prohibited conduct at its sole discretion and to take such action as it considers appropriate, including withholding withdrawals, freezing account balances, permanently closing the account and reporting the matter to applicable law enforcement bodies.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

ckpro reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including prohibited conduct, ineligibility, or failure to complete KYC verification.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being used for money laundering, fraud, match-fixing, or any other illegal activity.
• The player's request for account closure, including self-exclusion requests submitted through account settings or via the support team.
• Inactivity — accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be designated as dormant and subject to administrative review.

Upon account closure for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited at ckpro's discretion if the closure arises from a breach of these Terms. Upon voluntary closure by the player, any real-money balance remaining after satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements will be returned to the player's registered payment account within a reasonable period.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the ckpro platform — including but not limited to the ckpro brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and all other material — is owned by or licensed to ckpro and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, transmit, modify, adapt or create derivative works from any ckpro content without the express prior written consent of ckpro.

Game content displayed on ckpro remains the intellectual property of the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming and others). ckpro does not claim ownership of third-party game content and makes no warranty as to the accuracy, fitness for purpose, or continued availability of any third-party content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ckpro shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ckpro platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer or mobile device damage, or any other intangible loss.

ckpro's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ckpro account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude ckpro's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12. Privacy

ckpro collects, processes and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at ckpro.app/privacy-policy. By using the ckpro platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ckpro will never sell your personal data to third parties and will only share it where required for the operation of the platform (such as with payment processors) or where required by law.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ckpro reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change is material, ckpro will endeavour to provide reasonable notice by displaying a prominent notice on the ckpro platform or by contacting you via your registered contact details. Your continued use of the platform after any change has taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at ckpro.app/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document indicates when the current version came into force.
